No photos or domain?

We can use quality, properly licensed stock photos chosen to fit your business until you have your own. And if you don’t have a web address yet, we register one for you as part of the plan.

I just started. Is it too early for a website?

Usually not. A simple, professional site with what you offer and how to reach you is useful from your first customer on, and it’s easy to add to as you grow. Routine updates are included in the plan.

Do I need a logo before I start?

No. If you don’t have one, we create a clean text logo for your site. You can send us a designed logo later and we’ll swap it in.

I already bought a domain. Can I use it?

Yes. You keep it with your current registrar, and we connect it to your new site. If you don’t have one yet, we register one for you as part of the plan.

I only have an Instagram or Facebook page. Do I still need a website?

Social pages are great for staying in touch, but a website is the place you control. It shows your services clearly, works for people who don’t use that app, and gives your Google Business Profile, cards and signs one address to point to. Many owners use both.

Can I get an email address at my own domain?

Yes. Professional email at your own domain (like [email protected]) is an optional add-on for $15 a month per mailbox, and we set it up for you. You choose it at checkout, and it’s never preselected.

What if my business changes or I need to stop?

Send us a request when your services, hours or details change. If you need to stop, cancel anytime from your client portal. Your site stays live through the end of the month you’ve paid for. There’s no contract and no cancellation fee.

Is the free preview really free?

Yes. Requesting a preview doesn’t require payment or a credit card, and it doesn’t sign you up for anything. It’s a personalized design concept so you can see our work for your business before deciding.
