This policy explains how Azurv ("we," "us") handles information collected through azurv.com, our design previews, and our services.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: when you use a contact, order, or tour request form, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, website address, and message.
- Order details: the services and add-ons you select. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not receive or store your full card number.
- Technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider and network services automatically log basic information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and reliability.
- Site usage and how you found us: our own first-party analytics records which pages are viewed and which buttons are clicked, along with how you arrived (for example, a search engine, an ad campaign name, or a referring website). We use a random visit identifier that is stored only in your browser session, no tracking cookies, and we do not store your IP address with this data. If you request a free preview, we save how you first found us with your request so we can understand which marketing works.
How we use it
- To respond to your messages and requests.
- To process orders, deliver services, and send related emails such as confirmations and invoices.
- To keep our websites secure and prevent spam and abuse.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us operate, such as our web hosting and email providers, network and security services, and our payment processor. They may use it only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Third-party content
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and images from Pexels. When your browser loads them, those services receive your IP address and basic browser information under their own privacy policies. We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers or pixels. If we add them in the future, we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.
Retention
We keep form submissions and client records for as long as needed to respond, provide services, and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.
Your choices and California rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing messages, by emailing [email protected]. California residents may have additional rights under California law; we will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16.
