We maintain websites we build, so we rebuild yours first.

Azurv doesn’t take over websites built on other platforms or by other developers. That includes WordPress, website builders and custom code. Instead, we design a new site for you on our managed platform, using your existing text, photos, logo and services as the starting point. Then we take care of it.

The rebuild costs nothing extra. It’s covered by the same $0 setup and $149 monthly plan. Your web address doesn’t change either: you keep your domain where it’s registered, and we connect it to your new site when it launches.

Before you commit, you get a free preview of the new design. Mention your current website in the questionnaire and we’ll look at it as we design.

Your site runs on hosting we manage. No separate hosting account, plan or bill for you to keep track of.

Open your client portal, choose what kind of change you need, and describe it. You can also just email us. We make the change and email you when it’s done.

Routine requests are usually done within 1 business day. Anything bigger than a routine update gets a quote first, so there are never surprise charges.

Can you maintain my existing WordPress (or Wix, or Squarespace) site?
Not as it is. We only maintain websites built on our own platform. That’s what lets us include hosting, security and updates in one flat price. If you’d like Azurv to take care of your website, we rebuild it for you first, using your current content, at no setup cost.
Do I have to change my domain?
No. If you already own your domain, you keep it with your current registrar and stay responsible for renewing it. We just connect it to your new site. If we register a domain for you, we handle the renewals.
What counts as a routine update?
Changes to your existing website, like editing text, replacing images, updating hours or contact details, updating existing services, and similar small content changes. Redesigns, new features, stores, booking systems and large writing projects are quoted separately.
How quickly are changes made?
Routine requests are handled within a reasonable time on business days, and you get an email when your change is live.
Is there a contract?
No. The plan is month to month and you can cancel anytime from your client portal. Your site stays live through the end of the month you paid for. Monthly fees aren’t refunded for partial months.
What happens to my old hosting or website builder account?
Once your new site is live and connected to your domain, your old hosting or builder plan is no longer serving your website. Whether and when to cancel it is up to you. We recommend waiting until you’ve checked the new site.
Do you guarantee my website will never go down?
No one can honestly promise that. Hosting providers and networks can have outages beyond anyone’s control. What we do promise is that the hosting, security monitoring and backups are our job, not yours.
